Team Supervisor
Badminton England is currently searching for a Team Supervisor at our National Badminton Centre (NBC) in Milton Keynes.
35.58 hours per week full time - to join our team at the National Badminton Centre. We open from 06:00 am - 11:30 pm, 7 days a week and shift patterns would include a mixture of shifts including weekends.
Team Supervisors are people-focused and have full accountability in leading and operating the NBC daily and giving our members an excellent experience, 7 days a week. You will assist the Operations Manager in implementing strategies to drive club targets and member experience, alongside ensuring day-to-day health & safety and compliance regulations are adhered to.
No two days are the same, our supervisors often help other departments in the NBC, Including the café, Hotel, and Gym departments. You’ll also complete a wide range of administrative tasks to support the operations of the NBC.
